A responsible adult (18+) must supervise at all times.
No one on the inflatable while it is inflating or deflating.
No climbing, hanging from walls or running into the sides.
The front step is for entry and exit only (no bouncing on the step).
Avoid overcrowding. Small and larger children should not use the inflatable at the same time.
No pushing, shoving or fighting. Everyone must have enough space to play safely.
Remove shoes and jewellery before use. Glasses are recommended to be removed.
No food or drink on the inflatable under any circumstances.
No sharp objects on or near the inflatable.
No face paint, confetti cannons, silly string or party poppers on or near the inflatable. If staining or mess occurs, cleaning/maintenance charges apply (minimum £50).
Do not smoke or vape on or near the inflatable.
No open flames near the inflatable (BBQs, campfires, lighters).
No pets on the inflatable.
The set-up area must be clear of rubbish, sharp objects and animal mess. If unsafe or unclean, we will not set up and the full hire fee will still apply.
Inflatables must be on flat, level grass or concrete only. We do not set up on artificial grass or paving as it cannot be secured correctly.
Anyone with a medical condition that may be aggravated (including neck or back problems) should not use the inflatable.
No water fights near the inflatable, blower or extension leads. If liquid gets onto the inflatable, dry immediately. Cleaning fee applies if not followed (minimum £50).
In heavy rain, switch off at the mains and do not reinflate until rain stops. Dry any water before use.
If wind increases, switch off immediately. Wind above 24 mph (38 kph) requires deflation.
Check anchor points regularly. Raised pegs are a trip hazard.
Do not switch the blower off while anyone is on the inflatable. No entry while deflating.
If the inflatable fails, everyone must evacuate immediately.
Unless stated otherwise, inflatables are for children only.
Safety mats are provided and may move during use. Please return mats to position if they shift.
Extra care must be taken to prevent staining or discolouration.
If any stains or discolouration are found at collection, the customer will be charged for all cleaning costs and/or replacement panels.
By booking, the customer accepts responsibility for any staining, discolouration or damage and agrees to cover the full cost of rectification.
Strictly no: fake tan, face paint, food, drink, silly string, shoes or any substance that could stain or discolour the castle.
The castle will be inspected and photographed at set-up and again at collection.
All inflatable rules apply, plus:
Enter and exit calmly, one person at a time using the tunnel zip system (outer zip closed before opening the inner zip).
Step carefully over the raised tunnel frame. The customer must inform all users. We do not accept liability for trips caused by failure to follow this guidance.
Latex balloons are included as standard. Anyone with a latex allergy must not enter or handle balloons.
Balloons are a choking hazard and are not edible. Adult supervision is required at all times.
Do not overcrowd the bubble. Users must have space to move safely.
Strictly no: fake tan, face paint, food, drink, silly string, shoes or any substance that could stain or discolour. If staining, damage or discolouration occurs, the customer is liable for all cleaning, repair and/or replacement costs.
Do not run into the walls. This may cause the bubble to topple or become damaged.
Balloons are for decoration only and must not be tampered with.
Do not push, bump or move sail boards or display items.
Balloons are a choking hazard. Do not place balloons in the mouth or nose. The customer is responsible for disposing of popped balloons and debris.
Materials are purchased in advance.
Cancel with less than 1 week’s notice: materials cost is payable
Cancel with less than 3 days’ notice: full quoted price is payable
Some balloons are latex. Anyone with a latex allergy should avoid contact. The customer must inform guests.
Helium must not be inhaled and balloons must not be tampered with.
Balloons must not be released outdoors (environmental hazard).
Keep displays away from sharp objects, heat and open flames.
Balloons may pop due to the nature of the product. We use professional balloon brands, however we cannot guarantee repairs or replacements after set-up.
Any debris from popped balloons must be cleared immediately by the customer.
Hire is for a standard period unless agreed in writing. Late collection or extended use may incur additional charges.
We aim to arrive at the agreed delivery and collection times. If delayed, we will notify you.
If we cancel your hire, a full refund will be provided.
At collection, children must be kept clear so we can pack away safely.
Full payment is required before or at delivery.
A £10 per item booking deposit is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable if the customer cancels. If we cancel, it will be refunded in full.
If payment is not made on arrival, we reserve the right not to proceed with the hire.
Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
If personalisation has been ordered and the booking is cancelled, the cost of personalisation materials may be charged (materials are purchased in advance).
A security deposit may be required and refunded after inspection, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required.
Delivery, set-up and takedown are included unless stated otherwise.
The customer must provide a clear, safe set-up area.
Inflatables require access to a power supply within 50 feet.
Children must remain clear during set-up and takedown.
Soft play set-up takes approx. 20 minutes. Full package set-up takes approx. 45 minutes.
All balls must be returned to the ball pit before collection. The area must be clear for safe takedown.
Any damage should be reported at collection.
Adult supervision (18+) is required at all times.
Little Bounce does not provide supervision unless booked in advance and agreed in writing.
No shoes (including adult shoes), sharp objects, food, drink, gum or animals on or near the equipment.
No flips or rough play.
Do not exceed the recommended capacity.
Soft play is for under 5s only. If older children use the area and cause damage, replacement costs will be charged.
High heels can puncture flooring and mats. Any damage will be charged.
By booking toddler party tables from Little Bounce/Big Bounce you agree to the following terms:
1. Hire item and suitability
Toddler tables and chairs are intended for supervised use by children only. An adult must remain responsible for children at all times. Tables and chairs must be used on a flat, stable surface indoors or outdoors in suitable weather conditions.
2. Minimum hire and pricing
Toddler tables are hired with a minimum of 6 seats.
DIY option: £50 for 6 seats then £5 per additional child
Dressed option: £65 for 6 seats then £8 per additional child
Final numbers must be confirmed prior to the event so the correct quantity can be supplied and prepared.
3. Set-up and styling
DIY option: We supply the tables and chairs only. Styling, decorations and tableware are provided and installed by the customer.
Dressed option: We style the tables to your chosen theme/colour. Personalisation may be included where agreed at booking.
All styling choices must be confirmed in advance. Changes requested close to the event may not be possible.
4. Care of equipment
Customers are responsible for the hired items from delivery/set-up until collection. Please ensure tables and chairs are kept clean and free from damage. Do not stand on chairs or tables. Do not drag items across rough ground. Please avoid permanent markers, paint, glue, confetti poppers and anything that may stain or damage the equipment.
5. Food and drink
Food and drink are permitted but should be supervised to reduce staining and damage. Any excessive cleaning required due to spills, staining or residue may be chargeable.
6. Damage, loss and cleaning charges
Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, missing items or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the customer. Charges will reflect repair or replacement costs.
7. Access and safe location
You must provide clear access for delivery and set-up. Please ensure there is adequate space for the number of seats booked. If access or space is not suitable on arrival, we may not be able to set up as planned.
8. Collection
Items must be ready for collection at the agreed time. Please ensure all customer-provided decorations and personal items are removed before collection.
Outdoor hire will not proceed if rain or high wind is forecast.
The ground must be completely dry.
Once equipment has been set up, no refunds are issued.
Overnight hires must be indoors.
The customer is responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect or failure to follow these terms.
Little Bounce is not liable for accidents or injuries during use.
Equipment is inspected before and after hire. Damage may be invoiced or deducted from any deposit.
Cleaning charges may apply.
Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a refund (excluding any non-refundable booking deposit and any materials already purchased).
Cancellations within 48 hours may incur an additional fee.
By hiring, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Little Bounce, its employees and agents from claims, damages or expenses arising from use of the equipment.
By booking and/or signing the hire form, the customer confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
All persons hiring from Big Bounce Lisburn and/or Little Bounce Soft Play are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from negligent or reckless use. All users do so at their own risk. These guidelines are for safety and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are followed.
Big Bounce Lisburn and Little Bounce Soft Play accepts no responsibility for injury or damage to any person using the equipment.
If equipment is returned dirty or damaged, the customer will be liable for repair costs and/or a cleaning fee based on time and materials. Cleaning is charged at £50 per hour, plus any loss of income where equipment cannot be hired due to cleaning, repair or replacement.
